Focus Room Supervisor:

QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to continue career improvement

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise students who have been assigned to the Focus Room for disciplinary reasons
• Assist administration in determining student compliance with policies and input of classroom
BIST data in Google Sheets.
• Ensure that all discipline related activities conform to district guidelines
• Communicate effectively with all members of the school district and school community
• React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned
• Supports the philosophy and mission of USD 250
• Support the value of an education

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
• Requires prolonged sitting or standing.
• Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or
materials.
• Requires stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning and reaching.
